Omioshe Cleaning Services Corp Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the services provided by Omioshe Cleaning Services Corp ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"). By hiring our services, you ("Client") agree to the following terms:

Service Duration and Adjustments

1. • If during the course of the cleaning service we determine that additional time is required to complete the job, the Client will be informed at least one hour in advance.

Satisfaction Guarantee

1. • If the Client is not satisfied with the service provided, they must contact us within 48 hours of the service completion. We will address concerns promptly.

Payment Terms

1. • Payment is to be made through Zelle or in cash as follows:

     • 50% of the total payment is due upon our team’s arrival at the property.

     • The remaining 50% is due immediately after the cleaning service is completed.

Cancellation Policy

1. • The Client may cancel or reschedule a cleaning service without penalty by providing at least 48 hours’ notice.

   • If the Client cancels with less than 48 hours’ notice or if our housekeeping team arrives at the property and the service cannot proceed, the Client will be charged a $45.00 fee.

Missed Appointments

1. • If the Client is not at home or does not grant access to the property within 15 minutes of our team’s arrival, the Client will be charged a $45.00 fee.

Client Responsibilities

1. • The Client is responsible for ensuring access to the property during the scheduled service time.

   • Any hazardous conditions, such as unsafe environments or the presence of dangerous materials, must be disclosed in advance.

Liability

1. • Omioshe Cleaning Services Corp is insured and takes reasonable care during the cleaning process. However, we are not responsible for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, or items that are improperly secured.

Amendments

1. • These Terms may be updated from time to time. Any changes will be communicated to the Client before their next service.

By engaging our cleaning services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
